Another Milestone: Amazon BBW Program

Image Garments has achieved another milestone in Sustainable and Socially Responsible Apparel Production by Implementing Amazon BBW Program ( Benefits for Business and Workers).

PROGRAMME CONTENT

BBW improvement program offers training packages that are tailored to needs assessments. The program is designed to identify site-level needs around specific issues (e.g. HR processes,

ethical recruitment, and harassment) and deliver interventions that secure benefits for both

business and workers. These benefits have included lower labor turnover and higher productivity with improved quality to participating sites, and improved job satisfaction and higher wages among workers.

Collaborative action planning identifies pathways for change, and remote support is provided to

participating Sites throughout implementation, and into final evaluation.
